Thanks for using our products and services ("Services"). The Services are provided by flomo team （Created by Plidezus & Lightory） ("flomo"). By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
If there is a conflict between these Rules and the flomo User and Privacy Agreement, the contents of this Agreement shall prevail. Your use of the Service Agreement shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of the Service Agreement, including any modifications to the Service Agreement made by flomo from time to time.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or flomo. cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting flomo.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide flomo with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize flomo to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, flomo. will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Price may vary by location. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will not be able to cancel the subscription once activated. After purchase, manage your subscriptions in App Store Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
flomo in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
flomo will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
If you choose the continuous monthly (or annual) service, you can suspend or terminate the service in the following ways: Apple in-app payment (IAP payment, in-app purchase) auto-renewal user unsubscribe as follows: open the Apple phone "Settings" -> go to "iTunes Store and App Store" -> click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID ", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscriptions", and cancel the subscription of "flomo membership service".
flomo has the right to adjust the term, price and related contents of the existing membership continuous monthly subscription according to the user's needs, changes in products and service contents, etc., in order to continuously improve and optimize the service.
